• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt.
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
• Hair products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is found.

3. Process for Return or Exchange

• Contact us through our Contact Us page or via the provided phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
• Share pictures of the product along with your city, address, and order number if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website.
• If the product is confirmed to have an issue, it will be exchanged for the same item.

4. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are provided if the delivered product is entirely different from its description on the product page.
• A 30% deduction or a minimum charge of 50 EGP (whichever is higher) will apply for returns if the product is not defective, and the customer decides not to keep it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Hair products are excluded from this policy.
